How do you ensure the safety of glass bottles during transit?
We use industry-leading, reinforced inflatable packaging and heavy-duty cardboard boxes specifically designed for spirits to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.
Do I need to be of legal age to purchase from Whiskys.co.uk?
Yes, you must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcohol. We operate a strict 'Challenge 25' policy and our couriers may require valid photo ID upon delivery.
What are your UK shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days and next-day express options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
Can I return a bottle if I change my mind?
You can return unopened and sealed bottles within 14 days of receipt. Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on bottles where the seal has been broken.
